Adviser very keen to book a face to face meeting, when original link suggested phone was usual medium. Did not really seem, in my opinion, to be the Pensions expert I was hoping for. Advised would follow up with email within a few hours and I am still waiting 24 hours later.

I spoke to another company who I found myself they were registered FCA but messed about for Months without actually giving me proper advice.
I contacted pension choices again who put me in touch with Andrew Heap who gave me good advice in 5 minutes.
I have contacted Andrew again last night via email to ask for his advice again. Just waiting now for him to get in touch
