I was shopping around and I was so extremely impressed of RITCHE Watch Bands website simply very nice presentation and absolutely clear and easy to navigate, and I found what I was looking color, quality and can complain about the best price; I place the order and paid, but I was not expecting such a prompt communication, from there I new it that I was dealing with a reputable company, prompt shipping with tracking number, the best brilliant part is when a received my watch band, the color, the quality just brilliant, so extremely happy and I do appreciate so very much the courtesy and professionalism offered that in today’s work world is absolutely rare.

I like the watch bands. I haven't used them yet but they mount easily and fit good. I thought the shipping would have been much quicker. They were mailed from China and it took 11 days for them to be delivered.

It’s kind of hard to rate a product ordered two weeks ago which just got shipped one day ago. The logistics of this company cause a pause. The product just left China mainland today with no expected arrival date. Will hold off rating the quality of the watch band until it arrives.

I never received an email confirming that order had been processed and would be shipped so I could not track my order. I never received a response to my email to your company asking about the process and when I would receive confirmation of shipment. There was no ability to track on your website my purchase by the order number I received when I placed the order. Finally, there was no phone number for your company for me ti call to find out what was going on with my order. I thought I had been the victim of a scam. So, Last week I called American Express to dispute the charge. The dispute was scheduled to happen this week. Then, a few days ago I suddenly received the watch bands. I am happy with the bands, but quite unhappy with your processes and company. So, I do not intend to order any other watch bands from Ritchie, nor would I recommend your company to any of my family, friends or associates in the watch community.
