Security is a bit strict, after the goods were payed with MasterCard they asked for:

- The card you used to pay for the order
(we need to be able to see your name and the last four digits of your card's number, please cover the rest of the numbers)

- An ID document / passport or driving licence

- A document confirming your billing and shipping address

From my point of view sending these documents via email is highly insecure. I don't think it's a good idea if every internet shop gets these documents. I sent this document's to the credit card company, that should be enough. Usually shops send one security request to the credit card company, the company checks everything and that's it.
