I initially gave a 1 star review as I realised the item hadn't arrived. They then contacted me minutes after writing my review and have offered a refund or replacement and were very nice about it so I came back to change my review.

Best price for the product I wanted, no problems with the delivery. They even sent me a 10 off voucher when the dispatch was 1 day late due to a problem with the courier service. I didn't really care about the 1 day delay but it's a nice touch and shows that they actually think about customer satisfaction.
