When I tried to explain my concerns, the representative not only refused to listen but also rudely hung up on me. This lack of basic customer support and professionalism is unacceptable for any service provider.

I strongly advise others to think twice before subscribing to their services, as their support team seems incapable of resolving issues or treating customers with respect.

I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and improves their approach to customer care.

The pricing is very reasonable and their services comes with many perks one being a free business number that comes with the second package.
I didn’t update the address on my account before setting up a new company and that delayed my registration for few hours, I wasn’t sure how quick this will be resolved, I couldn’t call because I was busy with work so I sent an email explaining and few minutes later I received a response telling me my profile has been updated and my new business registration already in process.
The email said it will be registered in one working day, I just checked a few hours later to my surprise my new company has been registered. Thanks Icon offices.
