I've used Icon offices multiple times now, to set up a virtual office for one of my businesses and a bundle of virtual office with company set up for another business. All of which has been done fast and efficient especially when verifying documentations. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

When I registered my company, I made the payment for the first quarter. During this period, I used the company address three times, which was my right. After the quarter was completed, I received four posts at the address, but I was not allowed to claim them. Whenever I tried to claim, I was told that my subscription had expired and that I needed to pay for the next quarter.
This means that I was not allowed to use the address. I am not willing to pay £0.425 per day just to have the address displayed on the website. If I was allowed to use it, then I would have made the payment.
When I paid for the first quarter but not for the next, you should have removed the address. I never asked you to keep it live on the website. You cannot charge me for your own failure.
I advise you not to use the services of this website.
