I start using their services 5 months ago, paid everything and they charge me almost 150 GBP till now and all i ever wanted is a VAT registered company so I can run my Ecommerce business. I provided all the details to them after everything was registered and created, I paid them again my VAT was applied and then I email them again and again, first they told me that I have to wait and they cannot forward any request to HMRC. After so much time I email again, this time they told me that they have now forwarded the request to HMRC. Yesterday they email me and told me that HMRC has replied and now asking for additional documents. Whereas I provided all the documents that I was asked for in the first place. If they are charging for some service then they should know the documents required.
