Posted in easily found post box prior to 4.30 collection on Friday. Email confirming arrival Saturday morning. Negative test result emailed 9.45 that evening. Happy days.

"Edit: Still no result after 17 days but finaly a refund"
EDIT ON THE 18th OF JANUARY
This is our day 17 since back from France and still no results.
I contacted them for a refund a few days ago. Yesterday, they told me they didn't send the results because I had not registered the tests. Ence, they would not refund us. Exept that I did, and nothing on the website said anything about it not working, if anything, it told us our registrations worked, otherwise we wouldn't have sent our tests. I don't know how we were supposed to guess their website was not working when it seemed to be working fine?
Anyway, after explaining this by email in a maybe not very calm way, I finally got a refund.
I'm still mad I had to spend so much time on this when I already had to isolate for the whole 10 days because of them, but at least with the refund I don't feel like I paid £65 for nothing.
REVIEW FROM THE 10th JANUARY
We ordered our day two kits a couple days before coming back to the UK.
The only reason why I put two stars instead of just one is because the confirmation with the locator form number arrived in minutes, very quickly, so we had no problem filling the locator form and flying back to the UK. That being said, this is the only good thing about those tests.
We were supposed to isolate until we received a negative result of our day two tests.
Problem: on day two, the tests had still not arrived. They actually arrived on day 5.
We had to register with the longer online forms we had even seen with these kind of test, and after that, we took the tests and send them straight away.
That was four days ago, and we still don't have our results. I tracked the parcels online and saw that the boxes have just arrived this morning. I guess we will have the results tomorrow? Assuming that the tests are still good after four days? Anyway, it doesn't matter anyway since tomorrow is our day ten of isolation.
So our day 2 tests to stop isolating became our day 10 tests totally useless... Thanks for nothing.

"Test kit for the Day 2 PCR test has never been shipped"
I ordered a Day 2 PCR test the day before I arrived in the UK, and got a receipt stating that it should be with me 30/12/21 (the date I arrived to the UK). There was a list of non-working days on the website, but 30/12 was still a working day. Today is 11/01/22, and the test still has not arrived. DPD website says DPD has not received the parcel yet.
I have sent several emails, in the latest ones I asked Test4you to make a refund (as I don't think I still need a day 2 test on the Day 13). In their last email Test4you claimed the test kit would arrive 5-6 January, the test has not arrived and they have not responded since then.
UPD. The Tests4you team have been very nice since I've written the review. They apologised and assured me that there was a mistake on the courier side, however they resolved the case very quickly making a refund I was asking for, which I got less than in 24 hours.

I chose Tests4Youfor Day 2 PCR from the Government list because they were the cheapest I could find and I could post test in Royal Mail box
Arrived by DPD on time (no signature required)
Test done I day 0 and popped in Royal Mail post box with pre-paid tracked label at 5pm on Thursday, receipt confirmed on Friday morning and results emailed on Saturday morning.

Excellent experience with this company. Was the cheapest lat flow test I could find so I had low expectations. Very fast response from customer service on a question I had. Process was really easy and whilst I made a mistake on a small thing they corrected it for me really efficiently and sent my certificate straight after. Special thanks to Scott and Zoe for quick and efficient responses. I would definitely use this company again.

I had 2 incidents: A) awaiting my PLF reference number…. I called and spoke to Andrew, he told me to be patient and hang on… ALL RESOLVED IN 3 mins and email received with number!
Second incident: I got confused with URN number and number on the kit… so I submitted with the code of the kit instead of Urn… but luckily I had registered correctly with URN code… I called at 21:20h on a Sunday panicking… didn’t know working hours were 9-6pm, but as I insisted.. I got a call back from Adam… RESOLVED MY PROBLEM AND GOT MY RESULT!
Wooooowww…. These guys are EXCEPTIONAL!! Calls me back on a Sunday night 😱🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾💙. I am eternally grateful and I THINK WE SHOULD PUBLICIZE AND PRAISE WHEN THINGS ARE WELL DONE TOO!

Just ordered my day 2 Lateral Flow Test after having multiple payment issues. Although I didn’t get the verification code for the Passenger Locator form immediately, after speaking to an agent it got sent to me shortly and Adam was really helpful over the phone.

"Can't recommend using their service"
Can't recommend using their service. Ordered a day 2 PCR test from them with plenty of time for it to be delivered. On the day of my arrival (Friday), it became clear to me that DPD had delivered to the wrong address. I tried getting in touch with DPD and was told I needed tests4you to start an inquiry with DPD. I got in touch with Tests4you immediately but unfortunately the customer service via phone and via email didn't believe me but told me "not to worry" and that the parcel had only been posted the day before. It did not concern them at all that I had a delivery confirmation including a photo of someone else's front door and they didn't consider that they probably wouldn't send the test out only the day before arrival. I was told to wait as it would arrive the next day (Saturday) or the day after the next (Sunday) - I have since found out DPD doesn't even deliver to my postcode on sundays. I called them back 24 hours later because they told be they wouldn't help me if I tried before then. This time I ended up talking to someone who actually believed me and wanted to help but said I would have to talk to the dispatch department about what could be done and that they would "hopefully" get in touch with me that evening. Obviously, they didn'. It is now day 2 after my arrival, I have no test and it doesn't look like I will have one anytime soon despite being legally required to take one and I can't even reach someone in customer service.
It is such a shame because the price was fair, the purchase easy, they sent the tests out in time and it seems pretty clear that the original mistake was DPD's. Had Tests4you handled things differently I would probably be singing their praise for helping me solve an issue someone else caused, but as things are I would absolutely tell you not to use their service.
