Our paddling pool was delivered the very next day and we love it, easy to inflate and deflate, big enough for a family of 4 just a shame about the change in the weather so unable to use it just yet.

"First experience of Willo’s"

This was my first experience of ordering from Willo’s and to be honest it will be my last too. Although I was happy with the price of the item I bought. When ordered it said it was in stock, upon ordering I had no update on a delivery date so I contacted Willo’s. After 30 min wait on the phone I got through to the customer service to be told my item was on back order. I was not aware of this when ordered as it said the item was in stock. Any way as I wasn’t in a rush for the item I decided to wait the 7 days I was told it would take. After nearly 3 weeks later I had still not received any update on a delivery date, so I contacted Willo’s again, this time I was on the hold for nearly an hour so I gave up, I then emailed Willo’s twice as this was there preferred way of contact. I had no response and at this point I felt I may have been scammed because I didn’t know much about Willo’s. Then a few days later of out the blue I had a text from DPD to say my item from Willo’s will be delivered the next day.
So all in all from the point of ordering to the delivery day it took nearly a month to receive my item. The communication from Willo’s has been shocking to the point I was concerned I had been scammed. That’s why I will not use Willo’s again.

Very happy with the Lazy Spa St Moritz we purchased from Willos. Looking for a hot tub about a month ago everyone was sold out except Willos. We purchased with a delivery of 10 to 14 days. The hot tub arrived within this time and Willos were very helpful on the couple of times I had contact with them. Hot tub is fantastic - especially good for a Staycation at home!
