I've heard great things about wowcabs but I was amazed using the service by myself . They have a user-friendly WhatsApp booking facility and their drivers are known to be professional and courteous.

Compeletely Safe cab in bhubaneswar. Visited alone from airport to balasore at 10pm. Cab was on time and driver was polite

Traveled alone from bhubaneswar airport to berhampur alone. Being a female passenger requested them for a respectful driver and Mr Bikram the driver was very cordial and respectful. Can also well maintained with cushion dustbin etc

Hired car from Ms Anajal Wowcabs from Jan 2 to Jan 8 driver ph 6372366153 Prabina car number OD 02 Be 1727 for my trip for pilgrimage around Puri area from Bhubneshwar. Experienced km cheating by Wow cabs and car driver by altering Km on car odometer by as much as 700km (70%) over what Google map showed and what we travelled actually. On top driver and owner held us hostage at airport parking lot just prior to flight departure time saying we must pay what car meter shows. At beginning Wow cabs told us to take picture of odometer at start of day and end of day which we did , but driver altered meter during the day. For example our trip from Gopalpur to Bhubneshwar recorded 644 km vs Google map showing only 200km for driving barely 6-7 hrs on village road. Similarly from a konark to gopalpur recorded 433 km vs Google map shown 204km. On last day we travelled within Bhubneshwar barely 5-6 km from hotel and airport it recorded 102km. We noticed every overage occurred when driver had disappeared for extended period. When complained Wowcabs claimed and admitted driver cheated they will help get our money back or at least return their 6% commission charge. it appears they are also part of conspiracy. As said Wowcabs after promising to refund my over charge they stopped responding to WhatsApp messages phone calls or emails. Ankit CEO uses UAE number to escape probable prosecution from his company’s shoddy business practices.
Anyone reading this review please don’t do business with this company. They are just crooks!!!!!!

Excellent service from booking through to pick up and drop off to the airport. Internet booking was easy, questions we're answered by WhatsApp and call . Staffs are friendly and helpful. From start to finish excellent service.
