"Reasonably priced but careless driver"

1) Driving good but no preparation in advance.When a long ride is booked I expect the car to be pressure checked and fuelled up. Not stopping to do these as soon as the journey begins. Driver also turns up late .
2) Air bags are for safety and they were disabled in the car. The driver least bothered about passenger safety.
3) The most annoying and dangerous aspect is that the driver is constantly on his phone speaking to someone while driving.
