There a scam, they just want your card details so they can buy gift cards and launder the money.

I placed order during Christmas. They took my money. I never received any tracking information and didn't receive any goods. They then blamed their courier which was reasonable but there was no resolution beyond this. Poor customer services with intermittent responses and kept it dragging on for months. They were given plenty of opportunities to resolve but as a customer I've been left put of pocket with no goods.

You should make sure you have correct amount of items in parcel. l I ordered 4 packets of noodles amongst other things but only had two packets in parcel. It has put me off of using you again. Very disappointing.
