New alien pro grips for my clubs nothing wrong with the previous alien pro grips just preferred the Tetris white pattern so I ordered a set and they look awesome .... thanks T Rocket and great delivery times in these co vid times.

Originally bought 2 grips and although it stated free postage I was charged $7.50 postage.When I stated this on Facebook After a week I received an email saying that the amount would be credited to my account which was done after a few days.I have used the clubs with the new grips and I am not convinced they make any difference,they certainly don’t give you an oversized grip and being a senior with arthritis in my hands this was the main reason for buying them.

We still have not received what we ordered. It has been almost a month since we ordered and we have no idea were our order is. This makes it very difficult to think about ordering more products from your company.

It's very early days but I am happy with the product so far. It will be interesting to see how long they will last and am positive that they will be fit for purpose.

"Kingcaddy"

I have had an Eaglecompac cart for some 10 years..and it had had its day. I looked at a QOD replacement through Rod Hill (RH) and in fact paid for the unit in July with an expectation of delivery within 3-4 weeks. However this did not eventuate with continual delays to the delivery date. In discussion with RH, he provided me with a trial Kingcaddy unit which i had not considered previously. I was unaware of their existence until recently and was pleasantly surprised with its performance. The trial led me to purchase the Kingcaddy from TRocket and to date it has continued to operate well. The elasticised holding straps continue to befuddle me but that's a minor issue and probably down to me! However throughout the process of shifting from a QOD to a Kingcaddy, TRocket & RH have been exemplary in keeping me informed and have been entirely professional and courteous throughout.
