The Alien Pros are truly a very good product, i have applied a few already to my clubs, have yet to hit or play with them, but the feel is very nice, the look is very cool and I am keen to get out and play,

I ordered my Kingcaddy premium remote control golf buggy for my Husband on the 27th November for his Birthday 13th December, I am yet to receive this product I ordered in spite of reassurance that I would receive it quickly. It is now the 18th of December and had to call today to find out where my order is, to be told it's in transit and should get it before Christmas.

Product ordered and prompt responses to my order being placed and delivered.

Sendle could have communicated better in my opinion for delivery purposes.

Impressed with my watch thus far, and haven't hit the course with it yet!!!

Update - 07/09/21 since my previous review I have tried several times to contact Trocket without success, very poor customer service, and won't use them again!!!

Great product. arrived on time and very easy to install.

Love the wraps, easy to apply/fit to my clubs, excellent grip in all conditions and I wouldn’t be without them now.

Product is as expected. No complaints there other than expecting some firmware updates to improve the club auto recognition feature.
Issue was the slow delivery using the sendle service (took almost 2 weeks).
Even taking into account the COVID situation.
By comparison, Australia post is managing to make standard deliveries within 2-5 business days.
I was genuinely concerned the package had been lost by late second week.
