Firstly I bought what I thought was a whipper snipper complete. After opening the box I find there is no battery and charger with it. (A skin) I didn’t know that. After ordering the charger and battery was shocked to find they cost more that the whipper snipper. It is The most useless thing I have ever purchased.

Bought a rotary tool from this company and it was garbage. Only buy this tool for a person you hate. I used their rotary tool to cut the bottoms out of two terracotta pots. the motor packed in on the second one.

I emailed the company to get it resolved and they just ran me around for weeks refusing to do anything to fix the situation and implying that I am an idiot.

Never buy anything from this company. I ended up going to a normal hardware store and buying a budget version of the same tool for cheaper and it actually did the job.

The vac cleaner has a 1.5AH battery.

"Disgraceful"

Disgraceful. Received a faulty product, straight out of the box, emailed the same day, the only response I received was a reply asking for video evidence, sent straight to them, then a follow up email asking for video evidence of exactly what I had already sent. This is going to go around and around in circles. There is no contact number, just an email. DO NOT SPEND a single dollar at this joke of a company!!
