His calm, professional manner put me at ease, as a new front door is expensive, but so worth it! The factory paint job was wonderful and Robert and James who fixed the door, Abdi who painted and cleaned it and the surround and Johnathan who sorted the lock, all took great pride in their work and were tidy and polite - true, brilliant craftsmen! The initial lengthly telecon is for a purpose, it is to establish the customer’s needs and wants, so it’s helpful (but not essential) if you have a rough idea of what you desire as there are a plethora of options to choose from. Doug, Claudio, Robertas all have a wealth of experience in bespoke hard word ‘fixtures’ and doors so a sound knowledge to their catalogue of products and choices coupled with it, the door furniture and subscription to the finest security options is exemplary.
