Doug was patient and incredibly helpful finalising the design and organising the fitting. The fitters and the decorator were polite, tidy, and they all clearly are proud of what they do. Highly recommended company if you want a new front door/frame made to your own specifications for glazing, colour and security. We are very pleased with the quality of the door which has improved both our hallway and the external appearance of our house.
The purchase was straightforward with Doug providing a detailed quotation and estimated delivery date. The installation carpenters and painter did an excellent job and made sure the finished product was perfect.

We had a great experience with Bespoke front door. We were initially looking at an off-the-shelf door elsewhere, however we were then recommended this company by a neighbour. Yes it’s more expensive as a bespoke option and we did debate for a while about the extra expense, however we’re really glad we paid the difference as the finished result is great and the customer service was brilliant. Doug spent time explaining the different options and offering advice which was really helpful and the whole process was stress free. They were also understanding and flexible when our builders caused many frustrating delays and I would happily recommend them to anyone who wants a new front door locally.
