We have never encountered a more uncaring and offhand service from any seller in the UK. When we wrote to the owner of the shop that the goods we received were misdescribed by quality and size and asked if she would offer a part refund, exchange or accept a return, she absolutely ignored all our emails. Instead, without telling us, she approached a third party who, from what she had said, accused us of trying to extort £12 from her. We will never deal with this company again on account of our experience over goods we received and their prices and indifference to our valid complaints.

"Second time purchasing from Peppy…"
Second time purchasing from Peppy Beads. Their prices are really good. I ran out of beads midway during a design. I went to reorder only to find them gone from the website. I contacted them via email Thursday night and got a response an hour later! (I’m not advocating this Peppy Beads! But it was extremely helpful to me) Customer service said they would look the next day to see if they had any remaining stock. I was contacted in the morning to say they had restocked the website. I ordered straight away and today, Saturday, they are here with me- a day later! I am super impressed and really grateful. I use a lot of different suppliers but I will certainly be coming back to you. Thank you!

"Do not buy here"
Really awful, I have never had a worse customer experience. The products I ordered were such bad quality and the earring hooks were too thick to go through your ears and didnt close properly. They also were individually wrapped in plastic. I contacted about returning them and they blocked me on IG and stopped replying to my emails.

"No delivery and no refund"
I placed an order with Peppy Beads and when it didn't arrive I contacted them. They said that Royal Mail had delivered it, so I contacted the Mail and they agreed that the package had been delivered. But it hadn't. I don't know what went wrong but I didn't receive my order and Peppy Beads wouldn't refund my money. According to the law the seller is responsible for refunding whatever the circumstances. I took the matter up with my credit card company who agreed that it was PB's legal duty to refund and to explore the matter further with the Mail. The credit card company have refunded my money and continued to follow up PB. I've no comment about their products, because I never saw any of them, but PB are flouting the rules of fair trading. I wouldn't advise buying anything from them online unless the postman or courier takes a signature of receipt.

UPDATE:
I have changed my review rating, because Peppy beads have now resolved an issue I had, (with some faulty beads I recieved,) satisfactorily by issuing a partial refund. I wish to state that my previous bad review was based entirely on my inability to communicate directly with the company, which turned out to be due to technical difficulties regarding their communication systems, and NOT due to poor service. My emails were simply not getting through, but once the company found this out, they called me immediately to appologise, explain and to resolve all issues. They were extremly polite and helpfull. I am now happy to recommend this company with confidence, but would suggest phoning the company if, (as I did,) you experience technical issues with emailing, when you have any issues or questions regarding product.
