Can't tell you how delighted I am ... and bewildered. BlueStar diagnosed my Gaggia fault by WhatsApp (and told me how to check the error). Then they correctly identified the right spare part and got it delivered to me here in italy in four days. Fantastic service! The bewilderment is this: Gaggia resellers here in Italy quoted me a much more expensive price for the same thing, and they wanted 10 or more days to deliver it. So, BlueStar: bravo e grazie!
