Delivery was extremely quick, I received the product the next day. The only odd thing was I selected Royal Mail Special Delivery but it was delivered by courier instead. Still, I used a code for free delivery so I can't complain!

Excellent speed of delivery, also they told me the previous day when the delivery was to arrive, and then in the morning of the day of delivery the time when the package was to arrive, within a frame of one hour. The delivery arrived at the start of the window stated. Terrific. The product (coffee/cappucino maker) also seems perfectly fine, as expected.

We ordered a Breville kettle through ishoppe as theirs was the keenest price on the internet. The item arrived extremely well packed and in very good condition. They informed us accurately of the expected delivery date and a general time band for the package, but the added bonus was with the courier that ishoppe use, who sent a text to our mobile phone advising their exact arrival time at our front door - and they were absolutely 'spot on'. This is the first time that we have used ishoppe and find ourselves really pleased with the service and that of your chosen courier.
