I ordered a steam iron which upon checking Ishoppe found it was out of stock after accepting my order. I spoke to Abhi on the phone who then offered an upgrade to the next model without charge. I accepted and the iron was delivered next morning. The attention and service is first rate and I will certainly use Ishoppe again and recommend it to others. Well done.

Very Prompt and Professional
I called up ishoppe to place an order at 4pm for my wife's birthday. I spoke to a guy name Abhi. He was suprb he put me on hold for a min after a taking the order and when he picked up again he said the order is ready to go out for a next day, it was dam prompt. Got an updated email in a minute regarding the order. Next day morning i got a sms from the courier company about the time they would reach. Then a call from him to know if I have received it. It was a brilliant experience. I would recommend this company to all. I am highly pleased with the company.Keep up the good work.

Very quick delivery and I liked the fact you emailed a delivery slot. When my foot spa arrived I tried it and it was faulty so I phoned you and Abhi on behalf of your company was extremely efficient and helpful. I was very impressed with your policy of collecting the faulty foot spa and delivering a new one at the same time and that was done within 2 days which is excellent. It was unfortunare the foot spa was fault but these things happen. Thank you very much. When ever I need anything else electrical I will always look at your website/company!

"NO REFUND, NO REPLIES TO E-MAILS - AVOID THIS COMPANY!"
I wrote to Mr Abhi on Thursday, 14 October, 2010 at 20:31 asking for a refund. I wanted to post a positive comment, however, it seems he does not wish to get one. As soon as I get this issue resoloved in form of a full refund, I shall update my review.

As per my last telephone conversation with yourself, I received the statement from Barclays Bank, there was no refund showing on the account.
Barclays Bank have stated that the merchant, meaning, Ishopee is responsible for giving the refund, and I was instructed to contact yourself.
Can I kindly ask that you either -
1. Re-check your records and issue a full and immediate refund, this time by cheque to me at (address removed)
2. Arrange a mutually convenient appointment so that I can meet you and show you the statement.
