Got a call almost immediately after ordering and clerk profusely apologised for not removing the colour item i selected and offered a refund or ask if i would be happy with a different colour. He then ensured the stock was available when i selected another colour and ensured that it was sent out to me as soon as possible. Clerk was super lovely, polite and helpful.

Great skate products, which are becoming ever increasingly hard to find. I collected my new roller skates in store, and both Steve and Lee are very knowledgeable and friendly. The products they have available are top shelf, and offer both retail and maintenance services. I have only good things to say about Quad Skates and will be visiting them again for any future skating purchases.
