Allowed me to order the skates and customise, called me 6 days before Christmas to tell me they're having to refund me as they can't do the skates.
Then had to wait for the money to come in which was another 3 days. To get presents for Christmas!

After asking questions about the shipping process and conversion to USD because my account was charged more than the price shown (which i told them it was fine). They cancelled my order immediately without consulting me. I wouldnt do business with these guys in the future. They are not kind or patient with USA customers in anyway.

** UPDATE after seeing your reply super rude. This is exactly the experience I was talking about. The fact that you think i dont understand conversion. My issue is on your website you dont give the actual price for US customers. Which can blindside somebody making a purchase. 2 you guys have little patience for anything. Nothing on your website stated you were on vacation. Waited patiently for you to respond after only writing you once in one day. I simply only wrote you the second time to find out if i was getting a tracking number. To which you abruptly cancelled my order. I stated in the email i wanted my purchased items and had no plan of cancelling my order. Wasnt expecting you all to get bent out of shape for a review. Its just some skating wheels bruh.. you guys are sorry. Get ppl they product communicate properly and be kind your customer service sucks with chapped lips mate lol
