So glad I was recommended Fenton & Co by a friend! The ring I ordered looks incredible, the workmanship is top class (I've had it checked by independent jewellers and they were both very impressed), the customer services was brilliant and the turnaround time from ordering to having it in my hand was incredibly quick. The box with the person's initials is a really nice touch too!

Great experience from start to finish! I bought my wife a sapphire stone in their trilogy setting for our wedding anniversary. Laura and the team are extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of their offering; from stone selection (sourcing, quality, value), to design & manufacturing (great advice on best stone relative to setting, band preference, and hand/finger shape).

The whole experience felt very personalized and I felt like we got great value for money having done tons of research in what is a very opaque industry. With Fenton & Co your budget goes further as they are eliminating middle-men by sourcing their stones direct from the source. Laura met with me a few times to review options and ensure we made the right decision in the end - nice having a women's perspective and input during the process without feeling like you're being sold to.

Their after-sales service has also been great answering all my wife's questions.

I was initially apprehensive to purchase an expensive item over the internet, but I needn’t have been.
Fenton answered any questions I had rapidly and clearly too, putting my mind at rest. It felt easy to ensure that I got the correct ring for my wife, and after efficient production, it was couriered straight to our door by motorbike! Then followed email advice about caring for the ring.
