Fick återkoppling igår att de skulle kontakta den veterinär jag hade 12/8 men hörde inte ett ljud från veterinären. Kundtjänst skulle även återkoppling till mig idag men nu har de stängt och de har INTE hört av de heller. Så nu blir jag riktigt irriterand. De verkar inte vilja ha några pengar. Har mailar igen och hänvisat till att de har morgondagen på att lösa detta eller så får jag ta den lokala veterinären. De kan inte vare sig råttor eller möss men den veterinär jag fick på firstvet finns inte ens med på deras sida så vad hon kan har jag inte en aning om.

I have this service free with my pet insurance so wondered how good it was actually going to be. Honestly, I can’t fault it. I logged on and managed to book an appointment within 15 minutes, the vet was very thorough, asking plenty of questions about my puppy to get a full picture.
I was looking for some reassurance and that’s definitely what I got, the vet even followed up with an in depth email about what we had discussed and what my next steps to take were.
So reassuring to know that I have this advice at the end of the phone without having to get a face to face appointment.

I've had both the vet and behavioural appointments through first vets. I get it free through my insurance as well which is a bonus! I can't recommend this service highly enough though, it's been a god send for me with my nervous rescue. My behaviourist was amazing and offering some brilliant advice and my boy is so much happier and relaxed for it now. You get a report to keep too so you can refer back to it whenever you need it. Thank you first vets 🙏

Have used First Vet on three occasions and have found them amazing! Reassuring, knowledgeable and compassionate, which is just what you need when you have a very poorly pet in the middle of the night! Can’t thank them enough!

"Unable to create an account for vet…"

Unable to create an account for vet advice which is included in my policy as they can not verify my policy details and there is no customer service available until Monday to resolve the issue so now I have to wait until Monday to seek advice and my dog will suffer over the weekend. I’ve visited a vet but believe the advice and medication they given is incorrect as my dog has an eye ulcer and has been prescribed conjunctivitis gel which is not working at all.

Varför de använder Budbee fattar jag inte de håller inte leveranserna utan uppdaterar hela tiden nya dagar.
Kommer inte att handla här tidigare eftersom det är omöjligt att få varorna i tid jag har väntat 1 v redan på min order. Det var samma sak vid min tidigare beställning & jag lovades ersättning som uteblev.
