I was very happy with the guidance and assistance I received in putting together MyExpatWill. I mistakenly completed the MyWill first but realized I needed to specify the Will was for my Canadian assets only. I sent an email enquiry to them and almost immediately received notification that they had received my query and had assigned it a number. Within 24 hours after that I had a good and helpful response. I also had another question a few days later and again had a very good and helpful response. I would definitely recommend this service.

The forms are relatively easy to fill out with helpful hints as needed. The only thing is when it is all done and printed out you almost need to be a Lawyer to read it, which makes it hard to understand.

I cannot rate the efficiency of the will (how easy it really is for the people taking care of your estate when you die) but, I can tell you that your email support fail to meet the lowest standard of support. When I paid for the service, I wanted to print my will but was always given a partial print. I contacted your email support and explained my situation. They replied to me: “From our end we do not see anything wrong, have a nice day!” That is the support you offer to people who paid for your service?????? Thanks God I know a thing or two about web services, I figured the problem on my own. Once a person pays the fee, you fail to tell them to log out and log back in to prevent the problem. Your web form should log out the client after payment and prompt them to sign in again after payment is accepted. That would eliminate all glitches.
