Sometimes the prompts were challenging, especially when it didn't apply to you. I would prefer a simpler form option. Otherwise it provided all that was necessary.

It was very easy to use and navigate through the site to set up the will, living will and power of attorney. The whole thing took maybe 20-30 minutes.

I'm doing this on Android as i dont have a desktop & it's not as easy as I had hoped. I asked the chat box for help & only got a generic answer. 😢 I want to fill out as much as possible & come back to questions I didn't yet have answer for.
