Ordered 2 days in advance, turned up when agreed. Flowers look identical to photo. An hour before the time slot I contacted them as was a bit worried, they replied back within minutes and even sent me a photo of the delivered flowers to my significant other. And I ordered from the UK. Zero issues.

You will need to stay on top of your order. They customer service will answer in chat between about 9 am and 6 pm manila time. I highly recommend once you place the order you follow up and have them check with the delivery store. This is the PH. and they will likely be out of stock on the flower you ordered unless it is roses. Have them check and confirm order time. Make sure you they have a solid contact number. I have 3 orders 2/3 had to be change out for roses from carnations and the first was roses. All 3 orders had delivery issues because first (they couldn't find it and I had a wrong number. 2nd they were out of the flower and didn't tell me until i contacted them. 3rd they said they got the date wrong..... The date is entered digitally. Anyway, i'm still totally pleased and know how to work with them. They are getting deliveries to the providence.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for the beautiful bouquet you prepared for my mom on Mother's Day! It truly made her special day even more lovely. I was a bit nervous ordering flowers online for the first time, but your shop exceeded my expectations in every way. The arrangement was stunning, and the timely delivery was greatly appreciated.
I also want to extend my gratitude to the delivery person, who went above and beyond to bring the flowers to my mom's doorstep, despite the long drive. I also don't recall ordering a balloon but thank you for that it was a sweet addition. I'm so grateful for the extra effort.

"THEY DID NOT DELIVER MY ORDER!"
My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday May 19. It's now May 20th!
I log in to their website and my order is labelled as fulfilled.
Tried calling all their numbers, it's either busy or unattended.
They have email address which are not found and emails bounce.
They have a gmail address and I sent there but no reply still after several hours!
NO ONE CALLED ME FOR THE DELIVERY EVEN YESTERDAY. RIGHT NOW I HAVEN'T HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM. TYPICAL SCAMMERS. WHAT IS THE SENSE OF ASKING FOR MY PHONE/EMAIL IN MY PROFILE FOR THEIR SITE WHEN THEY COULDN'T EVEN INFORM ME WHERE MY ORDER IS OR IF IT WILL BE LATE?
I NEED A FULL REFUND!!!!!

The bouquet arrived in a terrible state. The flowers were all wilted and dry, the wrappers were crushed. The whole arrangement was in a bad state, it was meant as a surprise gift. I'm so disappointed with it. I'm shocked that a florist could present a product like that. There's been no reply to my calls, the email addresses don't work, absolutely no support from the company. I do not recommend anyone to shop here, they took my money and delivered a terrible product, it's disgraceful
