I am always greeted promptly by a friendly associate. The service is always top notch and quick. The associates are thorough and explain everything as they are working. I recently interacted with Yadin who was very personable and had a great sense of humor. He was funny while interacting but kept on task and stayed professional. I will always come back to this location!

"Appointments are pointless"

I scheduled an appointment for 10:30am at the 3001 Parkbrooke Cir, Woodstock, GA 30189 location, arrived 10 mins early. Zach tells me they are already 2 hours behind. 4 hours later, I called back to see how far up the line I had moved and by his voice he seemed irritated as he launches into how he's a first come first serve shop and there's a bunch of stuff they have to do and that the appointment system is really only to tell THEM what time I will be there and does not actually reserve a time slot for me. The appointment reminder says "OIL CHANGES" are first come, first serve. It does NOT say OTHER repair work appointments are first come first serve. I was not there for an oil change. It seems Express Oil has no respect for their customer's time and for us to take time off work and schedule an appointment is pointless. So, now I have to try and book with another shop and take even more time off work. I realize those guys are already at work so why should they care that they wasted MY time today? I suppose only their time is valuable. But, I'm just one person who doesn't matter. They won't miss my money or care one bit about this review.

Chris did an excellent job... Serviced my vehicle and changed filters and rotated tires, educated me on my tires all around great job him and his team, I feel so much better knowing my car is ready for the road.

"I hit a pothole yesterday & it caused…"

I hit a pothole yesterday & it caused my brakes to feel spongey. I thought it was something major & arrived at EOC right when they opened. They kept me informed while looking at my vehicle, ran tests on it (I just bought this car) & test drove it. Turns out it was just air in my brake line & they didn’t charge me a dime! Amazing experience!!!

My only reason for rating 4 stats is because after telling the technician I wasn't interested in changing my cabin air filter, he tried to tell me that the dirty filter would effect my motor.

It's called a cabin air filter for a reason.

They were very professional and mature and unlike their competitor across the street they actually had, as the competitor would say, F150 oil filters. They were quick and easy and done and I was out the door in no time. I've been going to the one in Cedar Park, Texas for a long time so I knew that my experience was going to be great. I truly and highly recommend these guys so you too can enjoy the awesome experience that I have enjoyed.
