"Highly recommend Luggit – A life saver in Madrid!"

I had a fantastic experience with Luggit in Madrid. I was initially a bit worried, as it was my first time using a luggage collection service, but they truly saved my day. I had to check out of my accommodation in the morning, but my flight wasn’t until late in the evening. Luggit picked up my bags right from where I was staying, which meant I could enjoy my last day of holiday completely luggage-free.

I was able to move around easily by metro, explore the city stress-free, and they delivered my luggage to the airport right on time for check-in. Domingo, the driver, was friendly, helpful, and really reassuring throughout. I also had to make a last-minute change to my drop-off time, and the customer support team handled it quickly and professionally.

All of this at a very affordable price – I couldn't recommend them more. Thank you, Luggit, for making my travel day so much easier!

Was a bit sceptical / worried about it. But app was intuitive, communication was quick and easy and the keeper turned up as described in a van, tagged the bags and took them. Pick up was super easy as well and we arrived early at airport, messaged to say so and the bags arrived quickly after. Overall actually very impressed and will definitely use the service again.
