I was shocked to read a few negative feedback. I can honestly state that I have been searching for a real modeling support service that genuinely cares and speaks credible words without making any promises. Finally, I found one, and that's what truly made the difference for me. coming down from Scotland with my mum to carry out this assignment. I genuinely felt that meeting this incredible bunch of people who genuinely cared was worth every minute of the travel. completed my makeup flawlessly and left with some gorgeous pictures. I understand that many people feel confused and believe that this is an agency; nevertheless, I would suggest that this serves as a modelling support service if you're a novice trying to get into the sector. lucky we had amazing weather we did lots of pics outside also. will come back next year.

"I was scammed into paying £1500 with…"

I was scammed into paying £1500 with the assurance that I would be signed to modelling agencies in no time and making a minimum of £250 per day. After the photo shoot I was taken into a small room where I felt pressured to pay up front - I asked if I could go away and think about it as it was a lot of money but was told that they were unable to keep my pictures and I had to decide their and then. I was then ushered out the building past the waiting room so fast as to not be able to talk to any of them.
I then received one congratulations phonecall and nothing else. Two weeks later I called them to see what was happening - they emailed me over mediocre apparently retouched pictures, none of which were discussed with me for that incredible fee. I did hear back from so called modelling agencies but in order to join them I had to pay.....this was not mentioned to me on the photoshoot day.
Since then I have emailed countless times to complain, ask what the complaints procedure is and ultimately get my money back but I have been ignored. Out of at least 20 emails, I received 1 response to say that I had signed a contract and there was nothing they could do. I have never experienced a business that did not have a proper complaints procedure.
I am currently going through the financial ombudsman to try and get my money back. Following on from this I will take them to a small claims court. This whole experience has been so stressful and I am left feeling like a complete idiot. Please don't fall for this scam

Please don’t trust them, it’s a scam!
First they bring you to the studio for some pictures to see if “you are worth or not” then they put you in one room, show the pictures and tell you that yes, you are perfect, but that you need to buy the photos and that’s £500 because you will need a portfolio (that’s a lie) and if you buy it they will move your pictures to different agencies.
You buy the pictures, pictures that different agencies say are actually not worthy for a portfolio.
Then the agencies they recommend try to charge you with more money to become part of their models teams.
So, please, don’t trust them.

"Stay away. It's a scam"

Technically, the way they operate is a scam. No legitimate support model agency or model agency charges money upfront. They only want your money. They lure you with fake, excessive niceness, invite you for a photoshoot and assessment without revealing that you will be put in a situation where you have to pay a crazy amount of money for cheap work at all levels. You pay a lot of money for a few mediocre photos, and they also try to manipulate you into buying some rubbish cards or a website, all with low-level design, which you can get elsewhere for way less money and knowing that you will actually pay for it, not being manipulated into it (including the photos).

They then promise to help and promote you in the modeling industry, but they only send a few modeling scam agencies in the first week that demand crazy fees upfront for no work at all. You basically lose even more money, and nothing happens. After the initial week, they stop sending you agencies. The only thing they care about is ensuring you can't get your money back; that's the contract they make you sign there 🤣.

Everyone will pass the assessment 🤣; that's how they can take everyone to the next step of sucking your money. How strange that more than 20% of the reviews here are 1 star and say the same. How would you reply to this? (For which they always have the same reply: "Oh, you are not on our system"). They have an Instagram account for which they clearly bought followers; just look at the low engagement in all their posts, with so many "followers." It's better to hide those like counts now 🤣. They have 5 stars on Feefo, how amazing, because it's only 1 review and done by themselves 🤣... Probably like most of the 5 star reviews, fake.
You leave their flat (which call studios) literally with the feeling of being robbed, a bad feeling.
Knowing that you will reply to this with fake politeness, please answer to all these steps I mention, just try too.
Funny how Action Fraud, Citizens Advice, and my bank all agreed this is a scam, and more measures will be taken, wait for it.
