"Poor fit / poor customer service "

Wellies are a really poor fit, ordered 2 sizes and neither of them are suitable. Both are far too tight on the calves. I returned both items for a refund however my refund has not been processed correctly and is £40 short of what it would be. I have contacted le chameau and have not yet had a response. For a brand selling premium priced products I really would expect better quality and customer service. Very disappointing
