Quality item as you’d expect, promptly dispatched although the courier ended up delivering to the incorrect address! Customer service were quick to respond offering to escalate etc but we’d managed to find where they’d been deliver to.

Quick to arrive. Lovely boot. Comfortable and great colour.only criticism is love same boot but bit longer. Quite a short boot. I suppose would reflect on a more expensive boot though if they were a bit longer.

Have been wearing Le Chameau boots for many years, I always choose the leather lined ones as they are so comfortable and easy to take off when wet. I have very slim calves and the different calf widths suit me perfectly.
