Bought their dog bowls in green and in less than 2 months all the colour is chipping away. I don't have a dishwasher so that is not the probably. Phoned in and was told to go back to who I bought it from and they already said to go to Le Chameau direct. They have had loads of complaints about their bowls chipping and poor quality. Being passed from pillar to post. Loads of other country stores treat customers much better as they clearly value their brand more

Thank you for your reply but warranties are honoured by the brand and not the retailer. So many other well known brands will always resolve issues direct instead of making the client go back through the 3rd party.
