I appreciate CMC as an honest and forthright trading platform. I feel secure with my investments and am able to focus on my trading rather than chasing my deposits.
I am NOT very happy with on line support. When I try to chat with Customer service, I am NEVER able to contact anyone. The standard message I get every time is 'A CSR is not available - try again later'. I wish CMC would just remove on line support rather than tease the customer with the notion it exists.
Although I am still learning the MT4 platform, I'm not sure I like it as much as the native platform available in the CMC portal. I find the MT4 lacks tools to manipulate the screen as much as I would like. I can't pan or zoom on a specific area. It might be there - but I can't yet find out how. Unfortunately, there isn't any customer support to answer those questions - so it's kind of an ongoing trial and error experience.
