A good platform but the customer service isn't the best. Email response is slow and the live chat support is non existent. It's luck of the draw if there is anyone online. Ive tried for about 4 days now and everytime I get the message ''No CSRs are available at this time, please try again later''

The CMC Market's platform is simple and easy to use. I am always got customer service response very quick if I have something confused.

The platform, whilst complex, which it has to be, is, if studied carefully, very efficient.
The helpdesk, which I tend to use by email, can be a little slow. That is 24 -48 hours respond time occasionally.
From not a lot of observation the commissions and spreads appear to be a little lower than the majority.
When financially joining the site the demo platform access was severely restricted. Making practicing fresh strategies impossible. I think this practice should be reviewed by CMC.

Buon pomeriggio, mi hanno parlato molto bene della Vs piattaforma, ultimamente pero' amici inglesi mi hanno riferito che un paio di mesi fa avete subito attacchi hacker. Poichè sarei interessata a registrarmi volevo avere da parte vostra sicurezza e tranquillità qualora dovesse accadere di nuovo che eventuali problematiche venissero risolto in una tempistica piu' celere.
