Wer hat 'wie', 'wann' und 'was' gemacht, und was war das Ergebnis. Er hat durch Fragen Fehlerursachen ausgeschlossen. Er sagte mir, das Problem an den technischen Support weiterzuleiten.
Nach einem Tag bekam ich die Lösung meines Problems. Die 2FA funktioniert wieder.
