Friendly and efficient company. I accidentally left my credit card on the gear stick console of my car at Bristol Airport recently. When I contacted VIP Wolf, shortly before boarding my flight, and explained what I had done, they immediately checked the car and placed my card in a safe position. Many thanks.

Given other reviews, we were rather nervous of using this company but we had an excellent experience. Driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and car returned to us by the time we got to the drop off carpark. Polite VIP staff. Overall, no issues and great value for money.
Maybe people are more motivated to write a poor review due to bad experiences rather than a good review when things go well!

"Awful customer service"
Awful customer service. Called them twice to inform them of our arrival, then greeted by a rude and patronising man who complained that he had to wait 5 minutes. Not a pleasant man at all.

After reading lots of reviews I was worried, i have now been using this company for 2 months every week while travelling to Europe for work and I must say I can’t fault them, slight bit of mud in the car but the service has been that great I would not take a star away for that alone.

"Who exactly IS the customer?"
I found this company to be incredibly rude and not customer focused whatsoever. Yes, I was running late getting to the airport, however, I phoned well ahead and was told to give them an exact time of arrival. Their pick up drivers are trying to avoid excess charges at the drop off point (fair enough) but there are basic standards of courtesy one should expect. It was the same for the trip back; extremely rude, dictatorial attitude that I felt was totally uncalled for. It was almost as if the guy on the phone wanted to argue with me unless I did EXACTLY what he said to the letter.
I will not be using them again. The experience was so bad that I feel as though I have to warn others.

"Lost my new Mercedes never use again"
Lost my new Mercedes never use again. Always used vip parking also always recommended them. Service always good. This time however what a sham. Contacted them on arrival, after 15 mins was rung back to say my car was in the car park. After looking all around the car park I found the young man who picked our car up, I asked where was my car he said he was sitting in it to discover it wasn’t mine. Phoned to ask where my car was only to be told I never booked with them he then put the phone down. I was horrified after 1 and a half hours and several of my phone calls being put down I said I was calling the police to report it as stolen. I received my car from them but will never use them again

Not worth a penny
Waited neally 2 hrs for our vehicle to be brought to us. When I called they actually shouted down the phone at me. Poor people dropping there car off had to run to get there flight. Not worth the risk.

Scandalous outfit. Don't go near them. Overbooked and over committed. Car return took nearly two hours. The excuse? 'We're busy'. Completely taken aback by the arrival of several scheduled flights? Do me a favour. Waste of time.
