"Wouldn't use again"

Well strange company I thought,I saw a holiday on their website to Cyprus so I booked it added suitcases and a taxi it all added up to what I wanted to pay so I filled in my bank details.Then I got an email saying yes that's ok showing what I'd booked.Next a call from them saying I needed a log in code,I was out so they just left this message.
I rang back after been put through to many different departments and the phone slammed down on one occasion, finally I get the right person to talk to,and she says let me add it all up for you.....what I say I've already done this yesterday when I booked,no she informed me the price has changed now and gone up almost £200 haha I say I'm looking at it right now and actually it's £5 less this morning.How very strange,my next thing I said was please cancel it as I'm not paying any extra.
If they cannot guarantee a price then they should not show any prices next to the holidays and certainly not let you fill in all your card details making you think you have booked it.....

Very easy to deal with and great value we were booked flights with Thomas Cook but got a refund within days and changed flights no hassle at all would definitely use Sunmaster again

An excellent company to deal with, we booked a Thomas Cook flight through Sunmaster for New Year. Sunmaster sorted us out within a few weeks and we have received our money back and spent it on another holiday. It was excellent stress free service.

First time using sun master so was a bit dubious at first. My worries were unfounded. Everything went without a hitch from start to finish. Would recommend sun master. Will definitely be using them again in the future

Used sunmaster many times all ways had excellent value for money
