I booked with sunmasters for oct 2019. The staff were really lovely and driendly a real human voice at the end of the phone. My holiday was vooked quickly and efficiently and i recieved all paperwork by email. Sunmasters was a breath of fresh air after losing ny thomas cook holiday and then being given bad advice by travel republic which left me at the airport unable to fly. A big thankyou from me ☺️☺️

"I would not recommend using sunmaster"

I would not recommend using sunmaster, they was helpful at the start of booking our family break, we’ve made several complaints to basically be called a liar. I have photographic evidence for every complaint I’ve made. we called sunmaster to enquire about leaving our family break early, to be told that we would need to book and pay for our own flights and these aren’t likely to be refunded, they then suggested about moving hotels/resorts we asked how this would work, to be told I would be charged an early termination fee ( even though the place we are staying at is nothing as described and unsafe Including our room being broken into and live electric wires hanging out of a wall in the children’s play area etc) please be cautious about using sunmaster

Excellent Value, Easy to use site and friendly advisors.
Only reason not get 5 star, is there was some additional costs over and above the Website price once speaking to an advisor. Such as baggage on flights etc and adjustment to accommodation cost.
All in all, no problems, and would use again!

Booked our holiday with sunmaster for next year spoke to someone called Darius he was nice at first took my payment to only come back to me 5 minutes later after taking all my details to say your holiday has gone up by 200 pound because the seats we booked on the plane had gone then I told him no I will get a refund then for him to say he can't do it now as he is finishing in 6 minutes so he will tell he's manager and just hung up the phone (rude) so I left it half hour and ring back and ask to speak to the manager explained to her what happened and she said he didn't say anything he has just left the office and then come back to me to say do I still want the holiday for the price I was told the first time because she can get it for that price and I said but the seats we picked in the plane have gone that's what he told me and she said no they are still available so he lied to try get more money from me and he also said the hotel room we need is not available but still was when she looked another lie then I spoke to jack who I give 5 stars to he was really helpful but if you ever talk to Darius ask for someone else
