Except for a bit of difficulty with finding something on the website, I got what I wanted and it came quickly.

"Charming ornament"

The holiday cottage ornament itself arrived unscathed, and I believe my friend, who collects Belleek and with whom I traveled to Ireland recently, will be very happy with its quality and the detail of the delicate handpainting. Oddly, though, the part of the gift box that holds the ornament was slightly crushed so the ornament did not sit properly in its gift box and the overall packing was somewhat wanting. Someone in Shipping just needs to be a little more careful.
