"Just what I was looking for."

Earlier in the year I was facing some real challenges in my life. I wanted to try therapy but didn’t know what to expect and where to look.

"Dishonest and secretive."

The therapist I was assigned by UK therapy guide tried to rip me off, didn’t arrive to the appointment and they didn’t refund me until I had sent 2 emails and commented on instagram. (They then blocked me and deleted the post) because they don’t want customers to make informed decisions.




Their reply is a complete lie, I didn’t request a different appointment and they are manipulative and cannot admit wrong doing without blame. Don’t get therapy here because they Realy need it themselves

I can completely recommend Simrit Singh. She is so reassuring and empathetic and takes your hand to gently lead you out of the confusion and darkness of anxiety and depression. She has helped me accept my familial relationships are toxic and damaging and that there is nothing to feel guilty about when you walk away. It was one of the hardest things I had to do and she walked with me all the way. Truly one of the best people I’ve ever met and definitely one of life’s guardian angels.

I have been working with Simrit Singh and from day one I have been made to feel comfortable with everything I have spoken to her about. Not only will she listen but she helps so much with how to deal with my narcissistic relationship. In a short amount of time I have learnt so much. I feel without Simrit I would still be in a much darker place.
I would fully recommend Simrit to anyone dealing with or leaving abusive relationships and especially dealing with narcissistic relationships.
