This service is absolutely amazing. Worth every penny. Ashima is so kind and patient, she makes the sessions safe and gives really useful ideas. I've had to reschedule a few appointments, even at short notice and my emails are always replied to and my appointments rearranged. I would highly recommend this to anyone, I was so nervous about reaching out for help but honestly it's such a life changing experience.

I have been using the service for about 6 weeks and couldn't be happier with the service that I have received. The treatment I have received from the guide itself has been top class, very compassionate and with fast responses to any doubts that I have had.
My psychologist, Cris , has been excellent from the start. She has made it easy to feel relaxed and created the perfect atmosphere to share the things I needed to. Her suggestions are things you can really do something with, and I have carried them into my day-to-day life. All in all I am very happy with what I paid for.
