"Unseriöser Händler – Finger weg! / Untrustworthy Vendor – Stay Away!"
Ich habe am 27.05.2024 ein Brillengestell für 193 € bei Mr. Sunglass bestellt und den Betrag sofort bezahlt. Seitdem warte ich vergeblich auf meine Bestellung. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen wird mir, wenn überhaupt, nur versprochen, dass der Artikel "in den nächsten Tagen" versendet wird. Leider ist bis heute nichts angekommen.
Seit sechs Wochen fordere ich nun eine umgehende Stornierung und Rücküberweisung des Geldes, aber Mr. Sunglass kommt dieser Forderung einfach nicht nach. Es ist unglaublich frustrierend und wirkt wie eine bewusste Abzocke.
Ich kann nur dringend abraten, bei diesem Händler zu bestellen. Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich null Sterne vergeben, aber leider muss man mindestens einen Stern vergeben. Finger weg von Mr. Sunglass!

I placed an order for a pair of glasses on 27/05/2024 with Mr. Sunglass for €193 and paid immediately. Since then, I have been waiting in vain for my order to arrive. Despite multiple inquiries, I have only been met with vague promises that the item will be shipped "in the next few days." Unfortunately, nothing has arrived to date.
For the past six weeks, I have been demanding an immediate cancellation and refund, but Mr. Sunglass has not complied with this request. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like a deliberate scam.
I can only strongly advise against ordering from this vendor. If I could, I would give zero stars, but unfortunately, you have to give at least one star. Stay away from Mr. Sunglass!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they sent my items which did not fit, I needed to send 2 pairs of sunglasses back and they made very specific requirements as to how and when they were retuned . I fulfilled all the requests and I sent them back tracked and signed the next day. I originally received them in the evening of the 1st July and they arrived back at Mr Sunglasses on 15th - and they refused the package as they said they were out of the 14 day return period. I’m getting generic emails from RAMÓN, saying
“ Hello
Never received the parcel during the returns period . It would be good askto the carrier you hired in order to retrieve the parcel.
A greeting
RAmón”
Both sets of sunglasses are sitting in a depot somewhere in Barcelona as they are refusing to accept them back. £400 down so far .

"Do not trust this website / company"
I wish I had read other peoples experiences before attempting to purchase. I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 22nd May that were showing in stock. Below is the history. Similar experience to other customers. They take your money and advertise items as being in stock when clearly they aren't. All emails seem to be answered by Ramon which makes me question if this is just a one man operation holding onto peoples money for as long as possible and clearly a scam organisation from reading all the reviews.
28th May - asked for update on delivery - advised waiting on manufacture and should receive in a couple of days
3rd June - asked for updated - told still in production. Can't give me a definite date but won't be too long
11th June - requested another update - told still not manufactured yet. Told me to wait another week / 10 days
19th June - requested update - told they are still being manufactured with no delivery date
19th June - asked to cancel my order and refund me my money. - No response
21st June - Again asked for refund and confirmation this has been processed - told my request had been forwarded to the admin area and they would process it
25th June - Still no refund confirmation. Asked for confirmation of refund - No response
26th June - Again asked for confirmation of refund (now a week since requested) and if not received I'd raise it as fraud with CC company - Told it had been submitted and takes time due to 'necessary checks'
27th June - Gave final warning that if refund was not processed by end of day I would raise a fraud case with CC company
28th June - refund finally received.
Over a month from ordering and still couldn't give a delivery date. Took over a week and threatening to get cc company involved in order to get a refund.

"Second Chance - This is Not a Scam Company"
After having had a poor experience, with slow communication, in the past, I decided to give Mr Sunglasses another chance and this time it was absolutely fine.
My chosen sunglasses were in stock and they were delivered swiftly. No problem at all.
I think the issues come when items are on back order and people have to wait too long. Then the poor communication, possibly a language issue as well, means that people (like myself last time) start to believe the worst.
I’ll use them again, they’ve redeemed themselves.

"REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE - BE AWARE"
REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Had argueing about returning glasses within time limit, but eventually they accepted. Shipped the glasses back, T&T confirms delivery, so do they. Still no refund 2 weeks later. I have filed an objective at them via my Bank. The Bank will take over from here.
EDIT - finally got my refund after 2,5 week. I don't know whether it was because of Bank support or voluntary. In total this process has taken over a month! NOT RECOMMENDED SHOP

The product is from Spain. It arrives with days of delay!
The wrong product arrived and they don‘t take it back!
You also need to pay the shipment by yourself.

"DO NOT TRUST THiS COMPANY "
Express posted my purchase (paid $46. Because they said they only accept returns within 14 days). Canada Post confirmed it was there in 7 days. However Mr. Sunglass is refusing to accept the package from their local post office (again info confirmed by Canada Post) in order to not refund me. I have emailed about twenty times with all my proof, but all along they just keep repeating, that it’s outside the refund date now, even though they have know since day seven that it was delivered. They are SCAMMERS.

It has been over a month since they took my money for a pair of sunglasses, and despite my daily follow-ups, they have not refunded my money nor delivered the sunglasses. I paid a significant amount for these sunglasses, and the lack of response and resolution is unacceptable. I advise others to be cautious when dealing with these people and horrible company, as they have shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
