I was made to feel at ease by Dr Youssef & his receptionist in a very calm atmosphere. Dr youssef welcomed me to ask anything I wanted about the procedure. He also gave his professional opinion on the work required to achieve the outcome I wanted. He has his patients best interests at heart and helps the patient understand not to go overboard but instead to wait a few weeks to see the final results as it’s tempting to ask for more when your there.
He has a lovely receptionist at his Shepard's bush branch who instantly made me feel comfortable and we had a very engaging conversation. I had a lovely time.

I have been to the clinic before, always a pleasure to go. Polite and welcoming staff at reception. I had treatment to remove skin tags. Not very painful and the Dr did ask if I was ok. It’s just a little uncomfortable. I was also given advice for aftercare. If I need to, I will return for more treatment. As this company is trusted
