Amazing service by Mona. You can see that genuinely cares about her clients and remembers their treatment area as if she has known you for years. She’s funny and always makes sure that you’re not in pain or feeling uncomfortable. She also encouraged me to take another course of treatment to continue my progress in laser so that my previous sessions doesn’t go to waste.

I've done a couple microneedling sessions with Mona and I like the results I am seeing so far. Mona is thorough and clear with her explanations and always checks to see how I'm feeling. It's not a relaxing kind of facial but the numbing gel helps. I think it's worth it though as we're aiming to reduce pore visibility and smoothen out my acne scarring from back in the day.

Walking into the Chelsea salon a few weeks ago I was left in the care of Nazia who is incredible. Having been through tough times in recent years her advise on my skin ailments was customed to help me and indeed it has. I see her weekly now for various treatments and she is wonderful along with a great chat on visit days I really look forward to my appointments.
