"The customer service was professional…"

The customer service was professional and responsive, but the translation didn't quite fit our needs because it wasn't adaptive to area lingo/informalities. Our in-office Spanish-speaker confirmed that the language was far too formal to be understood by the average Spanish-speaker in our area. While we appreciated the service, the translation doesn't quite fit our needs.

Very professional and the turn around time when requesting any information, quote or invoice is very quickly which is helpful because we work with PO#s and time is of the essence.
