This is not the first time we have used Apex Translations. I have found their service 1) quick to respond to questions 2) clear and detailed responses that are easy to understand 3) offer the opportunity to modify some parts of the agreement if needed (such as due date) 4) high quality transcription and translation (it is checked on our end by bi-lingual staff, usually the persons who conducted the focus groups that were transcribed) and 5) notes from the transcriber about any difficulties in the process. All of these are really appreciated.
