"A proper response to a burst pipe"

We had an emergency - a pipe burst in our bathroom, water had gone through to 3 rooms below. The insurance company was not able to send out anyone on their ‘emergency’ service until 5 days later, despite having someone with disabilities living in the house. Pete, however, came over the same day and resolved the issue within minutes. Plus he gave us sensible advice re the water that had escaped.
We’ve used Emsworth Heating for our panels, heat pump and other plumbing issues and always found him to be helpful, responsive, reliable and knowledgeable.
