Avoid this company at all costs. Shred it do not collect on the dates given and despite advising our office opening hours they still schedule for the days we are closed. Shred it do not reply to any emails to Credit Control or Customer service. Shred it made 2 promises to collect our bins and confidential waste when our office was closing and they failed each time despite us advising this was urgent, this was down to the Depot and Driver failing to turn up. There was 2 helpful people in customer service, that tried their best but the depot promised them and us to collect and they failed. I'm sure there are plenty of other companies that will meet your needs but this one will not be one of them. I am not normally one to write bad reviews but this has to be said.

Today I rang to confirm if the order I had placed yesterday was to be delivered today as agreed.
I was informed that there was nothing in the system.
Katrina Mason very quickly booked the delivery for tomorrow and send me the confirmation straight after. I Have to say that her professionalism was a breath of fresh air. Not only she immediately sorted the issue she also advised me how to access the services in the future.
